Addressing questions by students about meditation and why the necessity in the Islamic Meditation of connecting to the spiritual guide and connecting the heart. Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi (Q) teaches how insan is like a bus and is occupied by entities such as the nafs (ego) and shaitan (satan) and that if the student is not sitting and asking the guides to be present with them and connecting their hearts, then insans own nafs (ego) and shaitan (satan) will be present and relay all their desires to the person.
