Lunch: Kajmak/Turkish cheese on toast and leftover kheer/rice pudding with orange juice
Perfectly brown omelette on a bed of besan/gram flour ( chickpea flour) bread/naan.

Chicken oven baked with spices ( yoghurt, lemon, tomato paste, ginger, garlic, corriander & cumin powder, red chilli, pepper, salt etc) with beetroot, tomato, and feta cheese served with a chilli & mint yoghurt sauce.
Veggie rice with chicken mincemeat & potato masalha dish + beetroot, tomato and bell pepper salad.
