A year ago I did something that is basic and simple yet didn't think about it. It actually makes a lot of sense. Here it is!

Thanks to Dr. Catherine and the 90-minute zoom call, she told me specific things I knew about my body. Yes, confirmation! Then she told me things I didn't know. For example, she.said no need for zinc supplements. What? With the so called virus, everyone is taking zinc, right? Well my body doesn't need more. Money in wasted pills. There were many great other facts shared.
This is back to the basics. What works for one does not work for all. It was money well spent and wish I had learned about this sooner.
