My Gram always had a nickel or quarter to hand us grand-kids even when she didn't have "two pennies to rub together" she would always shove coins into our hands and say "Here, don't tell your Mother." (My sweet Mother would say, "Give that back to your Grandmother"). Gram was always so giving and loved spoiling her grandchildren in every way be it love, humor, coins, prayers, Easter egg hunts, you name it, she was there. I often wonder what she would think of the world today with all that is going on. I know she would have both sage and no-nonsense advice.
When I met Sean Brehm through various work activities he reminded me of her honesty, integrity empathetic nature, intelligence, and strength. He is a family man with a beautiful wife and child that he has graciously shared with us, he's also a servant leader for the people. He's seen alot and helped many. Granted, my Gram was not a former Green Baret or technical genious, but the heartfelt good will is the same. Something she taught us that you can't quite put into words. Every time Sean and his "Crwd" of workers share new information about the new Vogon Decentralized Cloud ecosystem, where hard working people will prosper, and how this is built to protect, secure & enhance the ecosystem, I hear my Gram's words: "Hard work is good for the soul. You have to put some elbow grease into it." Sean has dedicated his life's work and created something that is needed right now for this current place and time in history. If I were to try to explain it, I wouldn't do it justice. When I see the silver backed tokens Sean has created for this ecosystem and the world, I see my Grandmother's coins again.
