Oh, this one was a terribly hard one for me to write and to record ... I hope that it helps someone. These are the final ten days of a project, but can stand alone as we prepare to recommit ourselves to the filling of the Holy Spirit. In order to be filled, we must first be emptied. In this chat, I'm going to do my best to demonstrate emptying out my sorrows -- in order to make more room for the Holy Spirit. By the way, did you notice: bleeding hearts/sorrows?

I couldn't find the quote from St Faustina that I referred to, but I thought I would share this with you.
