HAVE A PLAN by Debby Waisner, poem

Plan or no plan

That’s a choice to ponder

Life’s a journey

How you go is strictly a choice

Go along with the crowd

Or follow a different

More solidary path

Some people travel without any plans

They float or get blown around

Many flounder

Never find their place

The universe can’t make out the
dreams or desires

Conflicting images not deciphered

Universe is unable

To understand what they want

And nothing improves

Universal energy works on images

Created by your mind

Repeated again and again

When conscious and awake

Make a choice

Form a plan

Formless energy moves into form

Using images from your thoughts

Remember you’re a being of light

With electric connections

You’re energy

It flows in and out

Energy can be focused

It takes time

And practice

To get from here to there

One needs to know

Where you are

And where you want to go

To build anything a plan is
necessary

Skyscrapers

Climbing mountains

Deep sea dives

Flying

Houses and homes

Phones

Nothing comes to fruition

Without a design

Do you flit, fly or flitter from one
thing to another

Before you move on

Bored or distracted by the nonsense
around you

No discipline

Fail to follow or keep your word

No dream desire goal or vision

To drive on your chosen road

You’ve made it
impossible for the universe to help or support

The universe can’t
align the formless

Energy all around

As you don’t hold the image of your
desire

Long enough to create a flow

Be clear

Pay attention to your intention

Be the co-creator of your life

Notice and control your thoughts

Believe it’s true and it is

No plans reveal you don’t know what
you want

Lack clear definition of mission or
purpose

No direction in which to aim

No path to follow

No gauge to measure progress

You’re living your life by accident

And under others that have a plan

Their plan is about them, not you

You’ll be fulfilling their whims,
desires, and dreams

Not your own

If that’s your choice for your life

Then do nothing

On the other hand

If you really want to be

Or accomplish something

Stop

Take some time to relax

Become calm

Close your eyes

Clear your mind which takes time

Listen to the silence

Find your heart’s desire

Write down what you feel or hear

Make and refine the plan

Be flexible as conditions change

The dream, goal or vision is most
important

Not the way you go

How you arrive is less important

Than the destination

All that is required is a decision

Followed with action

The choice is yours

Plan or no plan

Live by accident

Or define, design, refine a plan

That reflects your mission or
purpose

Does require some thought

Be quiet

Be still

Let the mind chatter fall away

Relax to the sound of your heartbeat
or breathing

It takes time

Your patience may wear thin

Do it again and again

Connect to your inner space

Find out what you’re about

Then take action

Repeat and do it again and again
