This is a trailer of an upcoming documentary called "The Hidden War". This is O.U.R. - Operation Underground Railroad who are led by Tim Ballard and go after child traffickers. This documentary is shot in Ukraine where under these conditions, child traffickers go in to grab children to sell, and young women to traffic for sex.
