The effects of lying to others

A lie is a lie. It shouldn't matter about the intention, it is still detrimental to the mind, body, and soul. Please allow me to expound on that a bit further. There is the lie to hide something, a "white" lie to prevent another's emotional trauma, and a lie based upon maliciousness.

Lying, in any form, tends to build up in our subconsious mind, which acts as a hard drive that stores all of our memories, actions, thoughts, and observances. Our subconsious mind does not get erased over time. There are emotions also that are attached to each of these. Hatred and fear are the most prevalent. Can you imagine the weight we carry when we hide our emotions and lies? They build up over time until at some point eruption will manifest. Also, the longer we suppress the lies, the lower the vibrating energy within the body accumulates.

It is best to stop the lies, and let truth prevail. True, after all, is love and operates at a higher positive vibration. While lies have an opposite effect that brings one to a lower negative vibration. Our goal is to keep our vibrational energy positive, allowing godliness to shine, like a candle in the darkened room. The brighter the light, the more positive we become. We must all learn to be transparent, honorable, and wise.

Live our lives in a truthful manner and keep our energy at a higher plane. If situations come up where we think we need to lie, don't. Allow that emotion and truth to come out peacefully, without malice. Who knows? You may actually be helping the other person subconsiously without realizing it.
