The holiday season can be a tricky time.

The amount of temptations can sometimes be overwhelming.

Many of our break rooms seem to be filled with gifts of cakes and cookies. And of course so many of our well-meaninged coworkers and friends bring us beautiful home-made baked goods.

Then, there are the holiday get-togethers with amazing food and lots of drinking--that leads to even more eating.

We've all been there. And sometimes it just feels hard to say no or to have just one bite of something. Especially when they taste so good!

What if you could just take one bite and feel satisfied?
What if you felt yourself compelled to eat more of the healthy food at holiday gatherings?
What if you could simply feel totally in control when it came to what and how much you ate over the holiday season without feeling guilt or frustration?

You CAN by planting those seeds in your subconscious mind.

You see, right now your subconscious mind is telling you to do what you've always done because that's what's familiar.

It's the part of your mind responsible for managing your beliefs, values and identity, for generating your emotions, and for running your habits and behaviors.

While some messages (like eating a plate of cookies!) may not be good for you, it's simply the habit or the message it's been hearing.That's why using will-power, or your conscious mind is so hard. That's because your subconscious keeps battling with you to do what's familiar which creates a sense of comfort.

So, the trick is to change those messages to your subconscious mind, to change your behavior, to make it easier to get the results you want.
