Be Like Water 🌊 Practice reminds us that we are always in mutual reciprocal relationship to water. Water is not only a life sustaining force but it is also a key elemental vibrational component to nervous system regulation. Daily intentional interaction with water while connecting to our breath not only reduces anxiety but extends our life.
