Hi, I'm Susan May - wife, mom, teacher, writer, thinker, sharer and long-time peace-seeker. I've been on a journey (going on 20 years now) that has taken me off the "normal" paths. This unique journey prepared me for these times in ways I never anticipated.

I founded RiseUP with Susan May in July of 2021 as a way to positively channel my knowledge, experience and passion into helping others. It is an ongoing journey of learning, collaborating, experimenting and most importantly - having fun!

I've never been more excited about life and my goal is to help others regain their joy for living too. ​

Here are a few areas I have knowledge and expertise in: natural family planning, natural childbirth, hypnosis for childbirth, attachment parenting (cosleeping, breastfeeding, babywearing, elimination communication), parenting without punishment, home schooling/unschooling, alternative medical choices, and vitamin C.
