tonight we established heart, brain coherence then focused on a part of our body that needed some love or healing. We focused on that energy center that is connected to that part of your body and radiated out our healing ❤️

Tonight we focused on healing 56 people with medical conditions with a longer meditation, using heart- brain coherence. Then turned that energy inward, to ourselves for any part of us that needed it :)

40 minutes. Tonight we focused on Healing a member of Dr. Buttars TAP community, but what great about this recording is you can place you focused healing attention on anyone you would like as a group or on your own. All you need is a picture or if you know the person hold them in your minds eye.

Tonight we focused on heart brain coherence, and used a technique of going inside these centers to draw an expierence to us with out hearts! Enjoy

Tonight we meditated 3 min for those with medical conditions.
11 minutes for those who need it, a focus on Dads including Dr. B who was a mindset father figure to many, and then for ourselves. We then went into our hearts and surrendered .

We meditated tonight and activated our 1st, 4th, and 6th energy centers or Chakras.

Hey all,
I forgot to start recording at the explination of the meditation so here it is around 5 minutes.
I hope you enjoy, surrender, and have a nice expierence !

In this meditation we were in silence for 11 minutes for a betterment of the world, to ease the mourning of others after Dr. Buttars passing, and to connect with the innocence of your inner child. Then connected to the 11 minutes was a guidence to receive coherent information into our hearts.

As we continue to celebrate Dr. B as a community we held a regular Tuesday night meditation to connect to him and source, raising our energy in Love.

26:30 min 30 minute guided meditation to connect with Dr. Buttar and send him you own personal message. This was to a few songs from his journey where he encountered the creator.
