Hi Ann! You are most welcome and thank you for the kind words! Its ok to fall asleep sometimes but not make a habit of it which sounds like you are aware of. But that Theta brainwave state just before sleep is where the magic happens and is the door to the divine and mystical experiences. Keep it up! Also sitting up is a good way to prevent from full blown sleeping then at the end as a reward for your efforts lay down and let you autonomic nervous system organize al the information its been given in the meditations :)

P.S. Now that I have found you on Clikview, I can go back and practice whenever. Great choice if I awaken in the wee hours and can't get back to sleep - Voila! - there is Tuesday Night Meditation all the time.

Thank you, Aaron for providing a variety of meditations. This one has really pulled me into taking our Tuesday night practice much more seriously. My usual MO has been to snooze sometime during our time together as once I relax for the evening, my body wants to sleep. Even though that happens, I have always been deeply committed to participation in our Tuesday nights knowing that showing up with this group inspired by Dr. B had benefits beyond the obvious. Meanwhile, the guided meditations keep me more alert and engaged. AND the music choices that you provide are deeply inspiring. Much appreciation.
