⁣Fast and easy healthy meals you can make at home. Lots of texture and super nutrition in a single bowl.



Ingredients
⁣1 Cup Uncooked Bulgar
1 1/2 Cups Milk
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3/4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
4 Cips kale
1 Cup Shredded Chicken
1/2 Cup Asian or other Pear (Can use sliced apple as well)
2 oz Manchego Cheese

* Add 3 Cups soaked Bulgar
* Can garnish with shaved coconut if desired.
