In addition, it also fills you up quickly and eliminates overeating. This bread contains everything that contributes to weight loss, lowering blood sugar, cleansing the intestines.



230 gr. wholemeal flour (wholemeal flour).
50 gr. sunflower seeds.
50 gr. pumpkin seeds.
50 gr. sesame seeds.
Grind in a coffee grinder.
50 gr. flaxseed.
salt to taste.
300 ml. water.
1 teaspoon dry yeast.
20 gr. flaked almonds.

Mix thoroughly.
Let the dough rise for 40 minutes. Stir thoroughly to release air. Lubricate the jars with vegetable oil. Knead the dough well. So that there are no cavities with air. Jars are half full. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Lubricate with vegetable oil. We send the jars to the oven to bake at 200C for 45 minutes. Seal jars and let cool. Watch the bread fall!!!
