Breakfast: Gramflour/chickpea flour pan cake with omelette.

Dinner: Chicken biriyani
Lunch: Fruit salad and leftover okra with whole grain toasted bread.
Lunch: Kajmak/Turkish cheese on toast and leftover kheer/rice pudding with orange juice
Perfectly brown omelette on a bed of besan/gram flour ( chickpea flour) bread/naan.
