Do You invest in Your Emotional Well Being?

  There is only you connecting to yourself to see how you feel, what you feel and notice if and when you are actually in contact with your feelings.

There is no test! There are no “outside of yourself” right or wrong answers to your individual life lived.

This is the ongoing dilemma as far as I can see. So many are outside of themselves looking for the right answers to their somewhat limited questions about their own existence. Are you looking for another to answer your possible rudimentary questions as opposed to delving deeper into your own self inquiry?

YOU must start to develop a deeper investigation which means becoming curious about yourself!

Life is not about illness and struggle. Life is about Well-being and Living in Health. And I know that the only way to obtain this way of life is by being connected to your emotional body and learning how to move your body.

Movement creates emotions and emotions combined with movement will shift the blocked and stagnant energy inside of you. This type of embodiment enables you to live in your body from a place of connectedness and balance.

Our emotions are literally at the heart of all that we are. Why do you think cardiovascular disease is the #1 disease that kills around the world? It’s because our hearts are where we FEEL! It’s not just a heart on a special occasion and then you go back to ignoring this beating organ that is at the center of your very being. It’s about connecting to what’s in your heart. How your heart sensations give you clues to how you are feeling in each moment.

And it’s not that you are having a “heart attack” or some dreaded illness. Our hearts DO NOT attack us! We have been inundated by the fear of our own heart sensations. You’ve been lied to about your organ(s) being able to “attack” you. Our heart is a vital organ that beats inside each of our centers and it is not coming after us. It is there to support us with each beat and offer us “heartfelt” information about what we are feeling in each moment. It would never harm you! The stories of heart attacks are just NOT TRUE! And that is not to say you are heart healthy because what you are is “heart health illiterate.”

What is true is that when you are stressed or disconnected your heart may hurt. Hence the sayings and references ~ broken hearted, my heart hurts, you fill my heart, my heart sings, holding something close to your heart, etc. Our hearts are at the core of who we are.

Are you at all interested in learning how to connect to your emotional body ~ Connect to your heart center? Or are you like most people that will leave the “feelings” for another day and just continue on with a busy and somewhat disconnected life.

As I wrote that last sentence I thought to myself “that seems a bit judgmental” to be saying that people live from a place of disconnection. However, as I sit with these words and allow for them to move through me I realize that if I do not speak my point of view then I am NOT living from my truth and speaking from my heart.

So move your body by learning to move your emotions through your body or lose your body to illness, diagnosis, medications, etc. Connecting to your body through your heart space is a divine way to feel self love and heart healthy.
