I have always known that I am responsible for the health of myself and family. Our friends and family used to laugh at us, because we were and still is into organic. Now it's about making connections with local farmers as a lot of their produces are beyond organic though they aren't able to register it as such due to the cost.
It's surprising at the things that's label as food in the grocery stores. Thanks to local producers, farmers market and small businesses we have access to clean food.
The next stage is planting a patch in my garden soon. Everything starts with intention, then action. Making the change the world is waiting for.
