Do You Have ANTS or TERMITES?
Research has been done that shows from birth until around age six to eight years old the human child has very little conscious thought. Children, which included me and you at some point, are busy absorbing information like a sponge absorbs water. We absorded the good and bad stuff. We had no context or filter for bad or inappropirate stuff. We didn't understad what was going or or happening with the bad stuff, but we didn't like it. The human mid is complex. This first place it goes is almost always negative. The negative in childhood can involve the following:
- Yelling, Screamig, Shouting
- Slamming doors
- Being told "Don't", "No", "Stop" more than I love you
- Withdrawal of parental approval and love
- Lack of anything and everything
- Competition for parents attention
- Criticism, never do anything correctly or right
Much of what we carry around as adults is based off early childhood events, actions, and memories. Most of us incorporate into our adult live all the negative items we were told or felt. You may feel like your parents or guardians didn't love you, withheld love and praise, and you still deal with those thoughs, feelings and emotions. Because of that we may have hundreds of negative programs or scripts in our mind. You may suffer from:
- Feelings not being good enough
- Lack of emotional connections
- I can't do anything
- I fail at everything
- Nobody will support my ideas or dreams
- Competing with other for attention [good or bad]
These negative programs or sript are running your life effect:
- How you feel abour yourself
- Your interactions with others
- How you view success and failure
- Effect your health
- Effect your finances
You're living in an ocean of emotion an negative feelings. You may feel like you're surrounded by a school of hungry sharks that keep moving closer and closer until one shark grabs you by the leg and begins to pull you down under the water. Your heart pounds in your chest as you furiously kick to free yourself, return to the surface and gulp down life saving air.
Having one of these thoughts, programs, or scripts isn't a big deal. Having many of them is detrimental to your life. Youre mind is infested with ANTS.

Do You Know What to Do?
You may feel helpless and not sure what to do. You have choices.
- You need to become aware of your thoughts. Tune into your negative programs and scripts. You can't change what you don't know or recognize.
- Choose a different path and make different choices. You lift weights to build new muscle which also builds and reinforces neual pathways. Choosing a different path build new neural pathways.
- You get to rewrite or even delete negative scripts or programs that don't serve you.
- You can develop power statements or affirmations. For example, "I'm appreciative and grateful to choose abundance, happiness and success that are increasing on a daily basis or something even better."
- Take action today. No action means the same results. You can direct your energy, thoughts, and actions to create a better you!
