⁣Industrial modern Chef’s Delight is the perfect design for the foodie or entertainer, with an entire wing dedicated to food, drink, and hosting guests.

Stacked kitchens, both surrounded by walls of windows, provide space for formal dining in the kitchen upstairs and lounging in the casual kitchen downstairs.

The lower-level kitchen doubles as an entertainer’s bar with wine cooler and beer fridge just steps away from the summer kitchen and access to the pool.

The upper-level kitchen would impress even a professional chef with ease of access to numerous prep areas including a large island with built-in sink directly facing the range.

An attached walk-in pantry provides additional counter space, keeps appliances out of sight, and organizes many treasured ingredients.

Even the morning coffee ritual is honored with its own designated place at the café station.

The dining area adjacent to the main kitchen displays the chef’s cookbook library with built-in shelving tall enough to warrant a rolling ladder for access.

The unique height of the home is designed to work well with steeply sloped lots, allowing the main level to capture views through and above the tree canopy while the lower level provides an alternate perspective of the natural surroundings.

The lower level has outdoor access from multiple locations: the rec room, the hall, and the fitness room. Bedrooms are located to either side leaving the center portion dedicated to fun with the rec room open to the game area and the bar.

Just steps outside the lower level is a tiered back patio and pool area that creates a resort-like feel with layered outdoor living spaces.

A grand stone staircase leads down to a terraced backyard providing easier access to a lake and impressive elevated shoreline views for boaters passing by.

This theme of striking staircases is repeated two more times with a curving staircase inside and a squared spiraling staircase outside, both black metal to enhance the modern industrial feel.

Navigating the different levels of the home is also supported by a unique elevator, embellished with a window that provides views from the front of the home through the elevator shaft, to the lake beyond.

This window is also strategically used to maintain balance and symmetry of the street side glass flanking the front door providing clear views to the lake through the home upon entry.

Jenny, do you have the interior videos as well for each of your designs? They really sound awesome and I'm sure we'd all love to see what they look like inside. This one's kitchen sounds like a dream kitchen! ❤️

Looks really great for entertaining. Would love to take a tour in person (I do realize this is just a design)... I love touring homes and seeing the different configurations and imagining the possibilities. Perhaps it's because I don't have my own dream home as yet.
