'Living Black in Costa Rica Black Expats Living Life Abroad' Devon has been living in Costa Rica for 6 years now. Four in Grecia and now in Escazu. An interesting fact, Devon actually reached out to Travel Costa Rica NOW back in 2015 and we actually had a SKYPE call. I could help her to an extent but being that I am not black, I couldn't actually answer some of her questions, just give my observations.
