Solutions to combat mold:
- Identify the problem areas in your home/office and start there
- Check the home/office for black mold on walls
- Change all pillows and pillowcases often
- Clean area with undiluted white vinegar or bleach
- Option to create a natural solution with 1 part baking soda, 5 parts white vinegar, 5 parts water in a bottle
- Keep humidity levels as low as you can - no higher than 50%
- Purchase a dehumidifier
- Increase ventilation & keep air moving in the home (fans, vents, windows, etc.)
