The Mindful Shift is great for easing mental stress from challenging worries & concerns while releasing the emotional heaviness & or body sensations the thought is bringing up for you. Our presence of breath is what will anchor us through the practice.

A great way to start the day and prepare mentally to take the action needed to release negative feelings that aren’t serving you.

Indeed💗. I also work with this practice at the end of the day before sleep to ensure I am not carrying unnecessary heaviness into my dreaming time. To ensure a restful and restorative sleep 😴 so many ways to integrate.

So relaxing and needed. For many of us our day to day is auto pilot.....we often don't take time to check in with our bodies.....so important to take the time to honour the body that carries us through all of our traumas and triumphs.
