Have you ever wanted to camp alone in the woods? NO? You're not alone. Most people will never do it. But in my opinion, hard experiences in the outdoors are the most rewarding in life. And the confidence gained afterwards can be applied to other areas of your life in surprising ways.

# 4: FEET TO THE FIRE- solo overnight in the woods. This is your toughest challenge yet.

Doing this one thing has given me more confidence in my life than anything else. (I spent 8 days completely alone on Vancouver Island before my husband joined me for 41 more days living off the land (Alone season 4), 28 days completely alone in Mongolia (Alone season 5), besides countless other solo overnights in remote settings, including the Yukon River in Alaska.)
