Expert in Electroculture application development for agriculture.
Inventor and speaker around Electroculture techniques for better yields and quality. He is from France.
At the end of the session Senior Professor Buddhi Marabe, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya has given the concluding remarks on behalf of the agriculture sector of Sri Lanka, and Additional Secretary Irrigation Ministry Mrs. Chandika Athugala has given the concluding remarks on behalf of the Irrigation sector of Sri Lanka.

I took a cutting off my apple tree that was about 4 feet. I found some old wiring that had copper wire in it. I wrapped the stick with the wire. Then I made a spiral copper wire end. Plugged it into the ground as instructed. The garden that I put those in has been prolific this year. I will make more.
