Be grateful for everything. Accept life for as it is. I’m grateful for this experience. Because I know on the other side I will be much stronger. You can be happy and grateful OR you can be miserable. It’s ok to feel miserable and feel it for 5 minutes. Cry, get angry, scared. It’s ok to be negative but not for more than 5 minutes. Set a timer and after your 5 minutes let yourself be happy. I can’t change it so I’m going to choose to be the happiest, you don’t have to let your circumstances ruin your life. who am I going to be on the other side of this hardship. You can only control your inner world.
What’s your supper power- choose my experience. No matter what’s going on around me I can choose what goes on inside of me. Bring a light, be grateful
My miracle morning is my self love- affirm how I love myself. I always the best I can.
