Sarah mainly sells high-end homes in the Potrero and Tamarindo areas of Costa Rica, and you would have to contact her for pricing. However, many other realtors are selling less expensive homes in the area, but they are not YouTube Stars like Sarah. We're visiting Potrero in May for a due diligence tour.

That's great, Holly! I recommend visiting Costa Rica first to find an area suitable for you. There are many micro-climates here. For instance, beach towns are usually hot and sometimes humid, and some mountain areas are cooler. Here in the Central Valley, the weather is primarily spring-like year-round, with lots of rain from May to November.
