5-minute Starter Workout
This workout is ideal for absolute beginners. We created this workout to show kids (and adults!) that they can get stronger, no matter what their situation or starting point is.
This is also a good fit for younger ages and those who are just beginning their fitness journey. And it's great if you just want to get a quick workout in, too, even if you are at a higher level.
