I have been looking at getting an electric pressure canner and this has inspired me to look into buying a pressure canner

She truly IS inspiring!!! I've been hesitant to use the pressure canner but after watching her use hers I feel more confident about using mine. She does make it look so easy which I love because I tend to make things more complicated than what it needs to be so watching her helped me realize that it CAN be done easily and efficiently. I also loved that she shared about dropping the compost bowl because things like that happen to all of us. Thank you BOTH!!
