More Harm than Good: Elitist $ Poured into the Skies Wreaking Havoc?

Will this supposedly 'helpful' project do more harm than good? From personal experience, the harmful chemicals being sprayed throughout the air are hurting human health as well as animal and plant health. This decision to infringe upon the air we breath is taking away our right to live freely and in good health. (link below)
