Awesome meditation last night. My hands were tingling and felt as if I was holding spheres of energy in my palms. Thank you as well for focusing the whole meditation on healing. I definitely needed that.

You are welcome! Sometimes we all need it!! Wow what an experience to feel that in your hands, thats coherent energy that you gave to others and then gave to yourself as you put your hands on your heart!
