Crwdview viewers I am super excited to introduce this new series: Moments Of Mindfulness ЁЯзШЁЯП╜тАНтЩАя╕П. I will be sharing my favourite Mindful Practices which I deliver as a Mindfulness Coach with the Toronto Centre for Learning and Development in ЁЯЗиЁЯЗж.

The Mindful Shift is great for easing mental stress from challenging worries & concerns while releasing the emotional heaviness & or body sensations the thought is bringing up for you. Our presence of breath is what will anchor us through the practice.
