ELizabeth Vargas interview Rivet F. Kennedy Jr. on children's vaccines. It's more like her a debate, interrupting, putting words in his mouth and stirring him up to get a snippet to use on another piece. He style is irritating but Robert is use to this. Listen to how he answers. A bit long but worth it!

Having Chicken Pox as a child is a week of being uncomfortable, maybe missing school. Once it is over, the child will be immune from chicken pox for life.

My question is, how long does a chicken pox vaccine last throughout someone's lifetime?

If an elderly person who had received the vaccine when they were young, and over the decades the protection had waned, could they catch chicken pox just for being around a child that was vaccinated and is shedding?

Wouldn't the disease be a lot more severe to them at that time?
