State of emergency declared for surge of migrants seeking shelter in Massachusetts
Gov. Maura Healey declared a state of emergency Tuesday due to rapidly rising numbers of migrant families arriving in Massachusetts. WBZ-TV's Chris Tanaka reports.
What no housing? What even less parking?
With up to 85 colleges and universities in the greater Boston area with the kids coming back to school within a few weeks. With Boston proper being home to more than 20 hospitals including giants like Mass General, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and in addition to Boston's famous one way street mapping, it will make the current horrific traffic problems even more unbearable than they are now. Not to mention all of the extra School Buses needed too. The city's resources, facilities, school systems and taxpayer monies are being sucked up into a black hole and there is no end in sight!
