We meditated tonight and activated our 1st, 4th, and 6th energy centers or Chakras.
Please see previous video for explination of how the meditatio will go :)
After the activation with the Lotus Breath, we surrendered to that energy, and let what needed to happen to you, happen, because that is what was right for you :)
