These are the veges that I harvested today because a freeze is coming this weekend. What a bountiful harvest to use to make tomatoe sauces, pesto, fried eggplant and freeze for soups and chili.

Fabulous Larry! Your chilli sounds wonderful.
Have you ever tried fried green tomatoes? Coated with cornmeal, they are healthier when baked instead. Great for dipping too!
