These are the veges that I harvested today because a freeze is coming this weekend. What a bountiful harvest to use to make tomatoe sauces, pesto, fried eggplant and freeze for soups and chili.

1 jaar geledenHave you ever tried fried green tomatoes? Coated with cornmeal, they are healthier when baked instead. Great for dipping too!
