Hello David, sorry to bother you with this, wondering if my tutoring video loads or if you can see the white lines at the top of it. The last of the white lines will play the video when I click it. I'm going to contact support somehow to try and fix it.🙏🏻

Hi, Sharon. The tutoring video DOES LOAD according to your instructions, although I didn't notice the white lines at first. Once I noticed them, there was no problem. Sorry to hear about your continuing problems; hopefully they will resolve themselves soon. As far as "bothering" me, perish the thought. ClikView is a team effort. I'm only sorry it took me this long to notice your comment. BTW, I'm babysitting my granddaughter, Autumn today and am looking forward to showing her your tutorials! Thanks for the reminder!
