I love tracking my progress. One of my morning routine is to write my gratitude, exercise, ground, water, sunshine and I love marking them off when I’m finished for the day! My sister likes putting a sticker on her calendar knowing she did what she Is working on. She loves seeing her calendar fill up will cute stickers!
